The Manual Micromanipulator is specifically designed for DOTR needle-type microsensors. The implemented safe-insert function allows to insert the sensor safely and on-the-spot into the sample. Then the sensor tip can be extended with ?m reading accuracy. The Manual Micromanipulator enables vibration-free micromanipulations in 3 axes (in the x-axis even in 10 ?m steps). It is attached to a solid base plate which allows tilting the whole system up to 90°. So the Manual Micromanipulator can be adjusted to the measurement se-up according to your requirements. Whenever insertion of the sensor into semi-solid or solid substrates is necessary, this is the safest way to do it - without risk of breaking the fragile fiber and with highest spatial resolution.
