DOTR supports efforts to strengthen white biotechnology
July 9, 2009DOTR is now member of the BioM White Biotechnology.
DOTR was accepted as member of the Network IBP ("Industrial Processes with Biogenic Building Blocks and Performances Proteins"), the network within BioM WB, subsidised by the Bavarian government. Therefore, DOTR will be in the position to strengthen its efforts for cooperations between research and business to facilitate the development of scientific results to industrial products. As DOTR was founded as a spin off from the University of Regensburg, it is most eligible for combining academic research with industrial needs. The objective of BioM WB to make white biotechnology more visible to the public and to investors, as well as supply, producer and consumer industries meets the interests of DOTR.
